*most discussions should end with the team manager
Tactics are not supposed to be taught until the kids are at least 12 years
old. There is limited discussion on shape before, during, and after
games, but all training sessions are based on skill development.
This is part of the club culture. The kids will be evaluated regularly
and placed on a team that will be most appropriate for his/her level.
